As yoga practitioners, we have received so many personal and professional gifts from the spiritual tradition of India, we feel an immense responsibility to give and support the country in its fight against the 2nd deadly wave of Covid.
In support of the incredible organisations that are working towards Covid Relief, we, at LYHT Yoga, are bringing together this donation based session for all yoga practitioners, teachers and enthusiasts. We invite you to join this conversation on the latest scientific understanding of the brain mechanisms by which self-transformation is possible through a yoga practice.
This discussion will describe all core components of yoga practice, including postures, breath regulation, ethics, and meditation, in a comprehensive conceptual model supported by underlying neurobiological processes.
